How to enrol/apply

  1. Application forms for both Jinja and Kamuli districts can be accessed from your nearest:
  • Sub-county office.
  • District production office.
  • District Farmers Association office.
  • Or by scanning the QR code below.
  1. Fully fill out the form and attach all the necessary documents, including a photocopy of your national ID and a recommendation letter from a person of authority (LC1).
  2. Attach proof of business or training certificate or anything that shows you are skilled or operating a business.
  3. Submit the completed form at the point of collection by close of business on 8th September 2025.

NB: Females and PWDs are encouraged to apply.
