In an effort to introduce the WeWork Green and Decent Jobs for Youth project to key stakeholders in Kamuli, we’ve organized an inception meeting at Kamuli District Farmers Association (DFA), who are co-implementers of the project alongside Trias, with support from Enabel.
This aims to ensure that relevant stakeholders are aware of the project and can offer support during implementation.

The WeWork Green and decent jobs for youth project targets youth aged 15-35 years who are skilled in any of the following value chains, Coffee, Cocoa etc.
Youth tasked to embrace the opportunities
“We should embrace this opportunity to enable youth change their mindset towards agriculture/farming. There’s a lot that can be got from farming with proper support and guidance,” Mugema John Robert, Assistant RDC, Kamuli District.
Mugema has urged the youth to encourage their fellow youth in their communities to tap into the opportunities in the WeWork Green and Decent Jobs for Youth project.
He expressed his gratitude to Enabel for their efforts in Kamuli communities and expressed his hope that this would have an impact as well.
